Reelcraft Introduces New Urea Dispensing Reel

Columbia City, IN, November 12, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Series UR7000 reel is designed to aide in the servicing/dispensing of urea on-board systems for late model diesel engines. Automotive grade urea is injected into the vehicles' exhaust stream to "scrub" nitrogen oxide (NOx) from the diesel exhaust. NOx, a major air pollutant, contributes to smog, which causes asthma and respiratory and heart diseases. Urea is the only technology available that can remove enough NOx from diesel exhaust to comply with strict new limits imposed by the U.S. that will take effect in January 2010. The reel itself incorporates an all stainless steel fluid path and Viton® o-rings for the dispensing of this aqueous ammonia fluid. A Goodyear DEF dispensing hose and adjustable bumper are included. These reels are an integral part in urea dispensing equipment found in truck stops, service stations and garages.
