It was mentioned that Mind Gliding was his invention, transferring psychotherapeutic principles into the organisational environment.

The history of the company reveals that in the summer of 2003 Peter Gleeson, while working as a gestalt psychologist with Professor Petruska Clarkson in London, met the Dutch scientist Dr Eddy Kloprogge.Their mutual interest in the importance of healthy interpersonal relationships within organisations provided the foundation for the creation of Mind Gliding.
