IFBB Figure Pro Brings Competitive Edge to ABB

Once the Ohio Valley Conference’s Women’s Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Year, Alicia Harris is now climbing Mt. Olympia as an IFBB Figure Pro.

Aurora, IL, November 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- ABB has been known as ‘The Force in the Gym Since 1985’, and this innovative manufacturer of performance beverages has just signed IFBB Figure Pro Alicia Harris to an already impressive lineup of fitness, figure and bodybuilding athletes.

“Fresh off a Top 15 finish at the Olympia – the premier event in physique competition – we’re amazed how quickly Alicia has progressed after less than two years of NPC and IFBB figure contests,” said Bob Corbett, Tradeshow & Athletes Manager for ABB in Aurora. “Of course, her leadership background as an NCAA track and field athlete left her with a very strong competitive streak.”

Dividing her time between Anaheim, California and the Chicago area, Alicia has worked as a field reporter for the Big 10 Network and also as a Gameday Assistant for the Chicago Rush Arena League Football Team. When she’s not competing on stage, she will be traveling to gyms and fitness centers in her role as an ABB athlete sampling Pure Pro® 50 shakes, Speed Stack® Pumped N.O. and other performance beverages.

ABB was founded in 1985 by a health and fitness entrepreneur who recognized the need for innovative performance formulas and consistent quality in sports nutrition. To produce products of the very highest standards, ABB bars, powders and ready to drink beverages are made at company owned and operated facilities that are all located in the United States and cGMP compliant.
