Introducing the New Get It Done System – Teaching Entrepreneurs “How” Instead of “What”

New Haven, CT, November 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- According to Kim DeYoung, a serial entrepreneur and business coach, most entrepreneurs know “what” they should do but are stuck on the “how”. “I talk to so many entrepreneurs that are frustrated – they know they’re leaving money on the table because they just don’t have a system to implement their ideas,” explains DeYoung.

A recent article in Time magazine reports, “At no other time in recent history has it been easier or cheaper to start a new kind of company.” Kim DeYoung agrees with that, however she believes many entrepreneurs are overwhelmed. They have an idea for a business, product or service, however often times creative, visionary-type entrepreneurs just can’t get it done.

After, a high-energy corporate career in the fashion industry Kim DeYoung has been a serial entrepreneur for over ten years. She recently launched a popular website for mom entrepreneurs, metromom.com. As the mom of three young children, DeYoung was forced to create a system that helped her quickly implement her ideas and generate business momentum. She was so successful that she became known as the “Get It Done Girl.”

Kim decided to take a different approach than most business coaches or internet marketing experts. Instead of teaching entrepreneurs What to do she teaches them exactly How to do it. She will be teaching her 5-Step Get It Done System at an upcoming 4-week implementation program – The Get It Done Challenge.

Rather than providing entrepreneurs with the steps for each individual project, Kim gives them the system so they can use it repeatedly for any and all future projects. Entrepreneurs will walk away from her program with…

· Clarity around their business vision
· The ability to break down projects into “bite-size” manageable pieces
· The art of resourcefulness and delegation
· A “get it done” mindset so they get out of their own way
· Laser focus as they move towards even bigger goals

Entrepreneurs can learn more about the Get It Done Challenge at www.thegetitdonechallenge.com. Kim also provides an overview of all the steps to the system in a Get It Done 101 free teleclass available at www.metromom.com/gidcall.
