This Holiday Season Get Some Guilt Free Revenge with MFit

Personal training studio, Momentum Fitness will be holding it's annual “Train the Trainer” charitable event Saturday December 19th, 2009. MFit's members will get to exact some much anticipated revenge on their trainers in the name of charity.

Vancouver, Canada, November 22, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The personal trainers at Momentum Fitness are running scared. Their day of reckoning is fast approaching and the members couldn't be more excited because “Train the Trainer” is on it's way. “Train the Trainer” is a once a year opportunity for members to get revenge and inflict their least favourite exercises on their personal trainer all for the charity Room to Read.

Room to Read is an innovative non-profit leader dedicated to promoting and enabling global education. They partner with local communities throughout the developing world to provide quality educational opportunities by building schools, libraries, and other educational infrastructure. Momentum Fitness, a training facility that specializes in personal training and small group classes, has clients ranging from golfers who want to lower their score to the busy executive struggling to find enough time to stay fit.
