T3 Fitness Energy Adds Another Fitness Program -- Yin Yoga

Riverside, CA, December 10, 2009 --(PR.com)-- T3 Fitness Energy has integrated another fitness program into their line of services and now offers yin yoga classes. Classes will be launched on Sunday, December 13, 10:45AM to noon. Subsequent classes will be held on Sundays, 10:45AM to noon, and Wednesdays, 5:45PM to 7PM at 5695 Glenhaven Avenue (inside the Riverside Zumba Studio located at The Riverside Tennis Center). Further details and cost information can be found at http://www.t3fitnessenergy.com/Yin_Yoga.html. Special discounts are being offered through December 12.

The restorative nature of yin yoga, a slow deep stretch yoga, is a perfect balance with a strength and conditioning program as it works to improve flexibility, deeper ranges of motion, core strength and increased flow of energy. With this practice, students will not be performing extremely complex and complicated yoga postures. However, this class is not recommended for people with hip or knee injuries.

Yin yoga classes will be instructed by Rosa Velasquez. Rosa has been a licensed massage therapist for the past six years and received her yoga certification while studying under the guidance of Scott Miller at The Western Yoga College in Riverside, CA.

T3 Fitness Energy offers small group and 1-on-1 personal training, Zumba®, Zumba Toning® and Zumbatomic® (beginning in January 2010 for kids 4-12), yin yoga, and the Real Living Nutrition® Balance Program®. Visit www.T3fitnessenergy.com for more information.
