Gilad, Television's Fitness Guru, Plans Fitness Camp on the Big Island of Hawaii

Gilad Janklowicz, FitTV's most watched fitness instructor, steps away from the cameras in June 2010 for a fitness camp on the Big Island of Hawaii. He has planned a week long fitness experience at a secluded retreat center.

Honolulu, HI, December 11, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Gilad is one of the world's most popular fitness gurus. He has been working people out for decades on television and with his fitness DVDs. He has always been motivated by a love of exercise and desire to help people get fit. Gilad has filmed all of his workouts in "paradise," at various locations in Hawaii. People have worked out in their homes all around the world and envisioned themselves exercising in the beautiful settings featured on TV.

Gilad has decided to embark on a new venture. He has planned a fitness camp in June, 2010 on the Big Island of Hawaii. Fans are blogging, chatting and on Face Book talking about working out in person with the instructor they have watched on TV since the 1980's. The camp runs June 13-19, 7 days and 6 nights. Gilad is hosting the event to give people the opportunity to reignite their own passion for a fit, healthy life.

Gilad has planned what he thinks is the "perfect vacation" for his fans. This is a week spent on an exotic island, Hawaii, working out, eating healthy, at an eco-friendly resort. The guests attend daily classes with Gilad. These workouts will be varied, incorporating cardio, plyometrics, isometrics and resistance moves, like those seen on Gilad's "Bodies in Motion" and "Total Body Sculpt" TV shows. Other classes will be offered daily in yoga, Pilates, and pool exercises. Along with daily hikes, guests will attend lectures on health, fitness, and well being.

The Kalani Oceanside Resort is where the week long event will be held. The retreat center is located 45 minutes from the town of Hilo, Hawaii on 120 acres along the coast. The resort is a working farm with open air workout rooms, and has no televisions, telephones or air conditioning. Much of the food is organic and locally grown. The Island scenery is dramatic, with black sand beaches, an active volcano, and lush jungles.

Gilad has spent his career inspiring millions to exercise. Now he is offering a more personal opportunity for people to learn, with him, how to enjoy a healthy life. Gilad has planned a guilt-free, rejuvenate your life vacation.
