TTR Sotheby’s International Realty Sells Most Expensive Residential Listing of 2009

Washington, DC, December 12, 2009 --(PR.com)-- TTR Sotheby’s International Realty of Washington DC has announced that it has sold 1714 Massachusetts Avenue NW for $12,000,000, making it the highest priced residential sale in 2009 and the highest since the beginning of 2007.

Originally built in 1890, 1714 Massachusetts Avenue sits in a prime area off of Dupont Circle close to Embassy Row.
