Express MiE Makes Fitness Fun

Tempe, AZ, December 16, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Express MiE Fitness & Beauty, a new, ladies-only dance fitness studio, is making working out fun. The studio, whose motto is “putting a little ‘i’ back in me,” is dedicated to helping women develop self-confidence while having fun and getting fit. To that end, they offer a variety of over a dozen different types of dance classes every week, including hula hooping, Zumba, Burlesque, Bollywood, and Pole~ah~Tease, the studio’s signature sensual and pole dance class.

Express MiE welcomes women of all shapes, sizes, and ages and believes that making fitness fun and offering such a variety of classes, will keep the boredom and “work” out of working out. According to exercise physiologists, Nicole Gunning and Kelli Calabrese, enjoying your workout is the best way to ensure you keep it up. “Bottom line […] if you don't like what you're doing, you won't stick with it. If you're not sure what you like, explore: Take a dance class […] find the thing that moves you, mentally and physically.”[1]

Women interested in trying classes at Express MiE can register through the studio’s website at www.expressmie.com or by calling Express Mie at 480-626-6973. Classes can be purchased individually or in multiples for a discount and are forty-five minutes long, or an hour and a half for the Pole~ah~Tease classes.

Express MiE is located in Tempe on the southwest corner of McClintock and Guadalupe. The studio is a hidden gem, tucked away behind Changing Hands Bookstore, directly west of Trader Joe’s. Check out the studio’s fun dance classes and see why the Phoenix New Times named Express MiE the “Best Place to Dance Your Ass Off.”
