The committee, named to honor the state’s 100 counties, supports and promotes the museum as it prepares for its grand opening in April 2010. As a committee member, Poillucci will help contribute to a state-wide promotion of grand opening events.

- The museum, located at 2110 Blue Ridge Road, officially broke ground in December 2006, and will open its new building in April 2010. The 164-acre campus is expected to become the nation’s largest art museum park.
