Anger Management Guru Offers New Anger Management Course Schedule to Human Resource and Employer Referrals

In an effort to make his anger management course more easily accessible for human resource referrals, George Anderson of Anderson & Anderson is offering individualized and privatized, appointment-only anger management sessions seven days a week.

Los Angeles, CA, December 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- For over seventeen years, Anderson & Anderson has held its ground breaking anger management group course at its Brentwood (Los Angeles) office on Saturdays, and up until three years ago, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The groups consisted of individuals who were either court-mandated, employer-mandated, or voluntarily in attendance. Though group attendance has been relatively high, there has been an element of restriction with relation to the Anderson & Anderson course schedule…until now.

In order to make his program more accessible for those who are unable to attend the Saturday class, George Anderson and his staff have released a new open schedule for potential clients. Sessions are now available seven days a week on an individual basis and by appointment only. Anderson & Anderson staff members will meet with clients one-on-one and receive the same instruction and attention that group-clients receive during the Saturday class. This groundbreaking course begins with an assessment that measures the client’s level of functioning in the following areas: anger management, stress management, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and motivation to change. The facilitator will provide feedback to the client and determine the areas that will become the primary focus of the intervention. Each client will receive the legendary anger management manual, “Gaining Control of Ourselves”, which includes the necessary practice tools for change. Upon completion of the course, the client will take a post-assessment, which will determine whether or not improvements have been made to the client’s deficits and whether or not he/she is ready to implement learned strategies into his/her life post-anger management.

This program is especially beneficial to the human resources-mandated worker who has a nontraditional work schedule (one other than the usual Monday-Friday 9-5). In the past, Anderson & Anderson has received inquiries from potential employer-mandated referrals about weekday sessions. This new program will be able to meet that need. Given that the program is offering one-on-one sessions, employers and human resource managers can refer more than one employee at a time (even if the conflict in question is between the two – or more – employees that are being mandated). Each client will be treated with the utmost care with respect to confidentiality.

This program is not restricted to employer-mandates. Anyone who is interested will receive more information by contacting Anderson & Anderson at 310-207-3591. You may also visit the company web site for more general information about the Anderson & Anderson anger management program.
