Whole Foods Market welcomes back Chef Christopher Tong of the upscale Chicago-based gourmet dining service, My Private Chef. He will conduct a cooking class in the on-site classroom on Sunday, January 31, 2010 at 12 noon at the Whole Foods Market Lakeview, 3300 North Ashland Avenue, Chicago, IL.

Whole Foods welcomes back Chef Christopher Tong of the upscale Chicago-based gourmet dining service, My Private Chef. The class is designed to offer hands-on experience in preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Chef Tong's menu: Crab, Coconut and Coriander Soup with fresh Lime and Chili Oil; Potato Leek Soup; Buffalo Chili and Jalapeno Corn Muffins.
