Store Opening Solutions Provides Retailers Information on Doing More with Less

Store Opening Solutions and Koch Logistics co-sponsor the 9th Annual Best Practices Symposium.

Murfreesboro, TN, January 07, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Store Opening Solutions will co-sponsor the 9th Annual Best Practices Symposium in Marco Island, Florida. The Symposium explores best practices in store openings, remodels, rollouts, fixtures, store closings, relocations and reverse logistics. Together with Koch Logistics, Store Opening Solutions will co-host discussions among retail leaders regarding industry challenges and the most recent technologies and practices available to help retailers achieve more results with less.

“The Symposium allows retail leaders to discuss challenges they are facing, and the best approach to those challenges, in a structured environment to find effective solutions,” explains Chuck Cline, president of Store Opening Solutions.

The Symposium will include featured speakers Ken Buschle and Dr. Brian Gibson. Buschle, LEED professional and accredited architect by the U.S. Green Building Council, was the 2008 recipient of the Southwest Florida American Institute of Architects “Architectural Achievement” award. Buschle will be discussing the USGBC LEED for Retail program. Brian Gibson, Ph.D., is a professor of supply chain management (SCM) at Auburn University. Gibson will outline the findings of a recent retail supply chain study co-sponsored by Auburn University, Fortna and RILA, exploring the state of the retail industry supply chain. The Symposium will be facilitated by Mary Ann O’Neil, founding principal of One to One Leadership.
