Stefani C Schwartz to Speak at 2010 Council on Litigation Management Conference

New York, NY, January 10, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Stefani C Schwartz, a partner at Schwartz Simon Edelstein Celso & Zitomer, has been selected to speak at the 2010 Annual Conference of the Council on Litigation Management (CLM). Mr. Schwartz is slated to speak on the topic “Crisis Management: What Do You Do When Managers Depart From Personnel Policies And Standard Operating Procedures.”

The conference will be one of the largest, fully inclusive defense industry conferences in 2010. It will be held March 24-26 in Ponte Vedra, Florida, will feature approximately 150 speakers and is expected to draw attendees from around the world. Stefani C Schwartz has a concentration in labor and employment law in the private and public sectors. In addition to complex civil litigation, Ms. Schwartz’s expertise includes counseling businesses with employment issues.

At Rutgers University Camden School of Law, Ms. Schwartz worked for the New Jersey Governor’s Office of Employee Relations. After graduation, she served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Alvin Weiss, former Assignment Judge of the Superior Court, Essex County.

Ms. Schwartz chairs the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group and concentrates her practice in the areas of labor and employment, representing management; non-compete litigation; public entities and officials in litigation; commercial litigation and appellate practice.

Most recently, Ms Schwartz has been chosen as one of the counsel to the New Jersey Governor Elect Chris Christie's transition team assigned to the Labor and Employment Committee.
