About the Speaker:
His father is an engineer, his mother a choir director and teacher, and himself, a musician turned researcher turned marketer turned entrepreneur and ever the Gemini in both spirit and mind. Tim is the quintessential left and right dual-dominant brain-type.

This nature-and-nurture-forged makeup may explain why he is sometimes referred to as “The Consumer Whisperer” who conjures visions of new products and innovations that have captured the hearts and minds of consumers all over the world. During the first decade of his career, he learned the fundamentals of consumer insights and marketing at Proctor & Gamble. Then, in a siren call from an American icon in need of re-imagining, he turned his skills to the re-making of Tupperware. Finally, his true calling was realized when he founded WonderGroup®, a digital marketing firm and, LaunchForce®, an insights and innovation consultancy.

Leading those companies has allowed Tim to bring his innovative vision to scores of companies including global leaders Kellogg, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft, ConAgra, Heinz, Tyson, Nestlé, and Purina. Most notable inventions are the patent-pending Consumer Vérité™ and Interactive Portal and Hypno-Imaging™, both of which came to him in a dream. In addition to Innovation—Myths and Mythstakes, Tim co-authored two books: The Great Tween Buying Machine and Marketing to the New Super Consumer—Mom & Kid.

Undoubtedly, Tim’s greatest co-creations, together with wife Jill, are his four daughters: Sara, Kathleen, Shannon, and Elizabeth.
