Singapore’s Keystone Law Corporation Hires Senior Lawyer

Tan Jing Poi has joined Singapore’s Keystone Law Corporation as a consultant. Mr Tan specialises in commercial and banking work and is also a notary public and commissioner of oaths.

Singapore, Singapore, January 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Keystone Law Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Tan Jing Poi as a consultant. Jing Poi graduated from the University of Singapore in 1979. On his call to the Singapore bar in January 1980, he joined Godwin & Co, starting as a shipping lawyer, and then specialised in banking, corporate and property law, representing offshore, merchant and retail banks, listed companies and SMEs in syndicated loans, ship financing, joint ventures, contracts, conveyancing and commercial matters. He became a partner of Godwin & Co in 1983 but left the firm in 1985 to set up the law firm of John & Tan with Mr Daniel John in 1985. He became one of the founding members of Lim Ang John & Tan LLC in 2005 before joining our firm on 1st January 2010.
