Libyan Consulting Firm Joins Russell Bedford as a Correspondent

Russell Bedford International expands its coverage in North Africa with a new correspondent firm in Libya

London, United Kingdom, January 28, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Consultancy House has joined Russell Bedford International as the global accounting network's correspondent firm in Libya.

Consultancy House is an accounting, tax and financial consultancy practice, associated with Bader Al-Hasse & Co., one of the longest established local firms of chartered accountants in Libya.

The practice has three partners, Bader Abdalla Al-Hasse, Abdalla Hamed and Akram Abdalla.

Bader Abdalla Al-Hasse, the founder and senior partner, is a chartered accountant with 39 years of professional experience covering accounting, auditing, tax, liquidations and consultancy. He is a member of the Libyan Certified and Public Accountants Union and a member of the Arab Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Abdalla Hamed is the general manager of Consultancy House. He is a chartered accountant with a PhD in E-Commerce, an MBA, an MSc in Information Systems and a BSc in Accounting. His specialist areas are accounting, IT consulting and inward investment into the Middle East. He is also a visiting lecturer at the University of Wales, Cardiff, UK.

Akram Abdalla is an accountant with eight years of professional experience. He has an MSc in International Finance and specialises in consultancy in banking systems and international market trading.

The main activities of Consultancy House are accounting services, financial and investment consulting, tax compliance and consulting, business planning and feasibility studies, and IT and information systems consulting. Auditing services are offered via the associated practice, Bader Al-Hasse & Co.

The client base comprises both local and foreign companies, including businesses with operations in Japan, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Egypt, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, China, UAE and Croatia.

The firm employs around 50 people in total and has branch offices in key locations across Libya including Tripoli and Benghazi.
