Council on Litigation Management a Leader in Diversity

The Council on Litigation Management, which seeks to further the practice of litigation management through education, cooperation and ethics, has also become a leader in promoting diversity.

New York, NY, January 28, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Council on Litigation Management, which seeks to further the practice of litigation management through education, cooperation and ethics, has also become a leader in promoting diversity. Of the 150 speakers slated for the upcoming CLM conference, over 40 percent are diverse in terms of race, gender and sexual orientation.

Diversity at the Council is prevalent throughout the organization, including the Council’s Advisory Board. Comprised of senior executives in corporations, insurance companies and law firms, 40 percent of board members are also diverse in terms of race, gender and sexual orientation.

The Council boasts members of an impressive array of backgrounds and experiences, both personal and professional. Paul McDonald, Senior Counsel at Kraft Foods and CLM’s Diversity Committee Chair said, “promoting and attracting diverse perspectives is important to the Council.
