Eugene, OR, January 28, 2010 --(PR.com)-- EMP is based in Sidney, British Columbia and has been a licensee and distributor for MEDIC First Aid training materials since the early 1990’s, as well as developing content and courses to conform to Canadian federal, provincial, and municipal requirements and regulations.
