MILESTONE Acquires Invisible IT and Expands Breadth of Services

Milestone Technologies, Inc. (MILESTONE), the Fremont, California-based IT service firm, has acquired Invisible IT, Inc. The announcement made on January 27th, 2010 is exciting news for the IT industry and clients of both firms. Both companies are well respected within their IT service markets, and both have important expertise for the combined IT service company.

Invisible IT, Inc. (Invisible IT), located in Mountain View, California, brings a results focused, highly experienced and talented team offering strengths in the Cisco collaboration business space among other complex IT offerings and a broad array of Professional and Managed Services. Invisible IT was recently named by Cisco Systems as the US and Canada Unified Communications Partner of the Year, West.

MILESTONE is the established leader in IT infrastructure services for many leading technology providers around the world. MILESTONE has global presence serving clients in 30 countries, a growth-oriented vision and a strong IT infrastructure management business model. In addition, MILESTONE is already implementing Cisco’s new Unified Computing System (UCS) solutions for Cisco directly.
