ActionCOACH Business Coaches Volunteer Their Time to Help Struggling Business Owners
A team of 21 dedicated ActionCOACH Executive Business Coaches in California are volunteering their time and offering free business building webinars to business owners every month. On March 4th, Bernie Powers, an Executive Business Coach with ActionCOACH of California will be presenting the "Six Steps to Building a Winning Team" which is a free webinar for all California business owners. Business owners from San Jose to San Diego can register on the company website.
Riverside, CA, February 12, 2010 --(PR.com)-- With so many small businesses failing in this economy, it is no secret that California business owners need as much help as they can get. That’s why a team of certified executive business coaches in California have been donating their time to help. These coaches have been giving invaluable business advice to as many business owners as possible for the past four months through a free Six Steps webinar series targeted at improving business systems, teams, marketing, and helping business owners build a solid foundation for their businesses. While some companies offer free webinars so that they can get people to pay for the next webinar, ActionCOACH is offering the entire series without asking business owners for a single dollar to participate. The webinars are also recorded and offered to the general public for free from the company website.

The “Team” webinar is part of the Six Steps series run by the team of volunteer Action coaches. The term “6 Steps” is ActionCOACH shorthand for “The 6 Steps to Building a Business” – a proven and progressive, step-by-step approach that helps clarify company objectives and produces consistent profits over time.
“The 6 steps are the building blocks of creating a business that the owner can ultimately work ‘on’ their business, instead of constantly working ‘in’ their business” said Bernie, “Each rung of the ladder in the 6 Steps – Mastery, Niche, Leverage, Team, Synergy and Results – are dependent on one another and each works to propel the other forward. The fourth level – or Team level – provides ownership with a structure for growth. Up to the Team level, we build on getting the basics of the business up and running,” he adds, “At Team level, we work on the keys to building winning teams, namely strong leadership toward a common goal, knowing the rules of the game and following a plan of action where everyone knows ‘who needs to do what by when.”
Team building also fosters an atmosphere that encourages risk taking – with the expectation that team members participate 100% of the time with 100% of their efforts.
“The outcome of the Team level is a realization of synergy within the organization that allows the business to function towards its maximum potential,” Bernie says. “The Synergy level is a by-product of an integrated system that works to produce the ultimate result of a business – consistent profits on a consistent basis.”
