West Hartford, CT, February 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Andy Heller is announcing an all day seminar on Saturday, February 27, 2010. This event will take place from 8:30am to 5:30pm, at the Four Points Sheraton in Meriden, CT. This event is $34 for CT REIA members and $39 for non-members for online registration. Day of the event pricing is $49 for CT REIA members and $79 for non-members. There is an early morning question and answer that begins at 8:00am. Attendees who pre-register online by March 4th will receive a complimentary copy of Andy Heller and Scott Frank’s best selling book “Buy Even Lower”.

Andy Heller is known for his “Buy Low, Rent Smart, Sell High” real estate investment strategy. What makes this strategy different from others is that investors involved in this program see gains independent of real estate appreciation. In 2005, Fortune Magazine recognized this program as one of the top five real estate strategies. Andy will explain why his proven and diversified program for real estate investing offers investors a unique opportunity for profit potentials and taking control of their financial futures in today’s real estate market.

Attendees of the meeting will learn; how to consistently purchase real estate below market value, how to identify the right type of property for your preferred investment model, the best ways to buy discount properties and REO properties, how to finance purchases, how to negotiate a successful purchase, how to establish the right lease/purchase terms, a ten point checklist for selecting the best tenants, and much more.

CT REIA is an organization that provides motivation, networking opportunities, and up-to-date education for people that want to buy their own home or investment property in today's real estate economy. Each month, a nationally known real estate investment trainer is featured. Real estate professionals, investors, landlords, realtors, contractors, wholesalers, rehabbers, and the general public are invited to attend our monthly meetings for educational and networking opportunities.
