Taylor Morrison Yells "Play Ball!" at Surprise Farms Home Run All-Star Event

Valley residents who tour the home builder’s models on March 6 receive tickets to Kansas City Royals vs. Texas Rangers spring training game

Phoenix, AZ, February 23, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Taylor Morrison wants to take Valley residents out to a ball game this March.

The Phoenix home builder will give away tickets to the March 6 spring training baseball game between the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers to those home buyers who tour the company’s Surprise Farms models during the “Home Run All-Star Event” from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on game day.

To qualify for the free tickets, home buyers must visit all four communities Taylor Morrison currently builds at Surprise Farms. Each community will offer ballpark-style concessions (popcorn, cotton candy, hot dogs, etc.) during the open house and plenty of fun for the whole family. Surprise Farms is located at 183rd Avenue and Bell Road in Surprise.

The home builder has spent considerable time revising Surprise Farms to offer floor plans that fit today’s home buyer. Surprise Farms now offers six new single-story floor plans among its 16 models.

“We’re excited to unveil our latest models and think our new floor plans will really appeal to west Valley home buyers,” said Taylor Morrison’s Pierrette Tierney. “Our latest collection, the Odyssey series, is made up exclusively of single-level floor plans that will appeal to both new homeowners and active adults looking for something special.”

In all, Taylor Morrison offers four distinct communities at Surprise Farms, with prices starting from the $120,000s. Home sizes run from 1,328 to 3,529 square feet and offer 2 to 5 bedroom floor plans. For Valley residents who choose to purchase a new home at Surprise Farms within 30 days of the event, they will receive a landscaping package worth $3,500-$5,000 depending on the community they choose.

“We’ve taken the time to listen to our customers and deliver floor plans that meet their needs and communities that offer them room to grow,” Tierney said. “And with the incentives we’re offering during this promotion, you can find the home of your dreams and have it landscaped, too.”

There are a limited number of tickets available during the event and will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. A maximum of four tickets will be given out to families.

To reach Surprise Farms, take Loop 101 or Loop 303 to Bell Road exit and head west to 183rd Avenue.
