The group provides a warm and relaxing haven for women who are expecting or have infants up to 1 year old who want to address their full range of emotions and experiences of being a Mom. They address different states such as excitement over their pregnancy and the miracle of a new baby, relief, concerns, fears, overwhelm and the art of juggling, nurturing and appropriately raising baby, caring for self and others, questions about being a Mom and wearing a multitude of other hats, etc.
