Exton Personal Trainer Matthew Sgro Taking Poor Health Care System Into His Own Hands by Helping Local Resident Suffering from Lou Gehrig’s Disease

Exton, PA, February 27, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Right in your own backyard you will find one of Exton's finest fitness experts and personal trainers, Matthew Sgro. Sgro is tired of watching innocent people suffer where our health care system is lacking, so he is doing his part by partnering with worldwide fitness charity organization Boot Camps With a Purpose to raise money for home care for a local resident who is suffering from Lou Gehrig's disease. In addition to raising money, Boot Camps With a Purpose’s mission is to bring awareness to charities while at the same time educating and motivating people to live a healthy lifestyle.

“In the last year, long-time Exton resident Dustin Myers has lost use of his legs and his arms, and he is now losing his voice - the disease is progressing incredibly rapidly", says Sgro. "Our health care system is lacking and Dustin isn't receiving the quality home care that he needs, so we are stepping in to do what we can to help him out by holding charity boot camps to raise money so that he can receive the proper care that he deserves."

This is how the charity boot camps will work:

- The day of the boot camp, bring a donation of $15.
- 100% of the proceeds raised will be put into a trust to help pay for Dustin’s ongoing care.
- You will get a great workout at a great price while supporting a great cause.

The boot camps are open to all ages and fitness levels and will be held on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month. The first event for Dustin will take place at 10:00AM on Saturday, March 6th in the parking lot of Elite Personal Training located at 571 West Uwchlan Avenue in Exton. If you are unable to attend any of the boot camps but would still like to donate, please visit www.thehumanfunddjm.blogspot.com for more information on Dustin and how you can help.
