Vince Pascarella has 12 years of experience in the Employment Screening industry and has a proven track record in sales, operations and compliance management. In his new role, Vince will be responsible for accelerating sales growth of USA-FACT’s hiring solutions, including background checks, substance abuse testing, I-9 verifications, e-Verify, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); developing new products and markets; and identifying and managing new strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining USA-FACT, Vince, a Colorado-licensed attorney and Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), has worked in the employment screening industry in various capacities, including Vice President of Sales, Vice President & General Counsel, and Director of Business Development & Compliance. He was also a two-term co-chair of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) Best Practices & Compliance Committee where he recruited and led a group of legal compliance and operations experts in developing a series of industry white papers, and creating the skeleton upon which the NAPBS Ethics & Accreditation Committee has built the Background Screening Agency Accreditation Program (BSAAP). Vince is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and Webinars, and is considered an expert on state and federal consumer reporting law, including the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
