Clubhouse at K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons at Harbor Bay is Ready for Grand Opening

The 16,000-square-foot clubhouse at K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons at Harbor Bay is ready for the big grand-opening celebration this weekend. The clubhouse features a pool, ballroom, fitness center and many areas for clubs and activities.

Little Egg Harbor, NJ, March 05, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Painters are picking up the drop cloths and folding the ladders. Electricians are dusting off the light bulbs they installed. Technicians are making sure the flat-screen televisions work perfectly. And the party planners have circled March 6 and 7 to celebrate the grand opening of the clubhouse at K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Harbor Bay.

“The clubhouse is the center of the community,” said Sam Abruzzo, community manager. “We’ve created a place where people can meet and relax, participate in a variety of planned or impromptu activities and extend the elegance of their homes. We went out of our way to build something that was as striking as it was practical. I think people will love it.”

The 16,000-square-foot clubhouse offers an indoor pool with a retractable roof, ballroom with a dance floor and bar area, state-of-the-art fitness center, fireplace lounge and spaces for cards, reading, crafts, billiards, watching sports and other activities.

Outside the clubhouse will be a second swimming pool, tennis, bocce and a picnic area. A fulltime lifestyle coordinator will assure that there always are activities to be enjoyed.

From the moment guest enter the clubhouse fireplace lounge, they are struck by the breathtaking architecture. People walk in a few steps and stop short. Their eyes follow the massive fireplace at the far end of the hall all the way to the ceiling, where they refocus on the custom-made beams lining the ceiling. Craftsman-style architectural accents are carried from the community’s homes into the clubhouse.

To their right is a stair case that rises, stops on a sunny landing with a unique table made of sea shells, and then turns 90 degrees and rises to the second floor, all still inside the fireplace lounge. Elevators are available for those who prefer to use them.

“I stand here and I can just imagine people coming and going, greeting each other and using all these rooms,” said Abruzzo. “The homes here are so beautiful, the area offers so many activities and shopping and this clubhouse just completes the picture. I can’t wait to cut the ribbon.”

The grand opening of the clubhouse takes place March 6 and 7. More information is available at www.khov.com/harborbay.

K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Harbor Bay is a grand collection of 387 elegant single-family homes with upscale amenities. Reminiscent of the Craftsman style homes that were famous along the Jersey Shore, homes here range in size from 1,872 square feet to more than 3,200 square feet. Homes feature two or three bedrooms, state-of-the-art designer kitchens and elegant master suites, many with volume ceilings, where homeowners can relax in massive soaking tubs.

Located in the natural beauty of Great Bay, just minutes from Atlantic City and the famous Jersey Shore beaches, Four Seasons at Harbor Bay is in the Township of Little Egg Harbor, which lives up to its name as the "Little Treasure By The Bay." The location offers easy access to major roadways and numerous shopping and charming dining venues.

A tree-lined town historically home to clammers and baymen, the town is famous for its fishing and boating opportunities. If boating is your passion, you will find marinas just minutes away on the tranquil waters of Barnegat Bay. If other pastimes are of interest, this historic and picturesque community is convenient to many points of interest, from the scenic Barnegat Lighthouse on Long Beach Island to the sparkling beaches of the Jersey shore. Golfers will delight in their choice of several challenging golf courses.

Construction goes beyond “code” so homes deliver quality and value. For instance, each home is individually certified as meeting New Jersey Energy Star standards, meaning it saves its owner about a third on heating and cooling costs over the life of the home. Energy Star also means the home uses fewer resources, has none of the drafts often found in traditionally built homes, is quieter and protects wall-coverings and furniture from the sun’s fading rays.

With more than 50 years of delivering quality homes, K. Hovnanian has earned a reputation for quality and customer services. It has grown to be New Jersey’s largest homebuilder and has won many industry and consumer awards. Most recently K. Hovnanian Homes was named North Jersey’s top builder in overall customer satisfaction in J.D. Power’s 2009 U.S. New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study.
