Lawrence General Hospital's grand opening celebration of their new Imaging Services Pavilion with state of the art technology and Breast Imaging Center of Excellence.
Lawrence, MA, March 06, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Lawrence General Hospital will host an evening of “Champagne and Chocolate” to celebrate the opening of their new Imaging Services Pavilion. Women from surrounding communities are invited to attend this gala event on Thursday evening, March 18th from 5:30 – 7:30 pm. Guests will be invited to tour the facility, meet the medical team and learn why Lawrence General has been designated as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence – all while enjoying chocolate and champagne provided by local businesses. The new 12,500 square foot Imaging Services Pavilion, boasts a spa-like environment offering the most advanced diagnostic systems available with Digital Mammography, Bone Densitometry, Ultrasound, and the state’s only fully open-bore MRI with the Ambient Experience. (Philips Ambient Experience utilizes a state- of art projector system transforming the room into a virtual theatre. Patients choose soothing music, soft lighting and images which are then projected on specially designed walls, creating an atmosphere of calm and relaxation.)
