Peninsula Housing and Builders Association Recognizes Lennar at Annual Sales and Marketing Council Awards Banquet

Patti Parsley and Jane Potter Both Received Awards at the Lennar Annual Sales And Marketing Council Awards Banquet.

Williamsburg, VA, March 10, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Sales and Marketing Council of the Peninsula Housing and Builders Association (PHBA) recently presented Lennar with several awards at their annual event that honors builders and onsite sales professionals who make major contributions to the home building industry.

Lennar’s awards for Colonial Heritage include Best Community (over 300 homesites), Best Product Design (homes under 1,500 square feet) and Best Product Design (homes 1,501 to 2,000 square feet). Individual sales awards were presented to Lennar’s Colonial Heritage new home consultants, Patti Parsley and Jane Potter.

Patti Parsley received the Gold Hammer Award for closing more than six million dollars in new home sales volume in 2009. She also received the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award for closing more than $71 million dollars in new home sales over the course of five years. Jane Potter was presented with the Rookie of the Year Award for closing the highest volume of homes during her first year in onsite sales. Potter was also presented with the Copper Flashing Award for closing more than $2.5 million in new homes sales volume in 2009.
