Open Road Announces New Features

Realeflow’s Open Road – a software platform for Real Estate Investors – has announced upcoming features that will be added to the application.

Cleveland, OH, March 17, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The new features are designed to further aid users in their real estate transactions, as well as make the application a more robust platform to run a complete Real Estate Investing Business on.

One of the new features, Sellpoint, is a property blasting and aggregation tool which allows users to post their properties on over 20 different property listing websites, as well as over 40 social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

“We tried to make it as simple as possible to syndicate your property and get it in front of everyone searching. Open Road has the Sellpoint technology integrated, so all the property data, pictures, and contact info is stored so you just review the information and publish,” said Greg Clement, CEO of Realeflow.

Open Road is also adding more tools specifically for short sale investors. Users will be able to create short sale-specific lead generation web sites, in addition to having access the most recent forms and legal paperwork inside the application.

Clement adds that “with the short sale submission system, you can now recruit, educate, and retain centers of influence, like real estate agents, mortgage brokers, attorneys, and bird dogs.”

Power Matching Plus is an updated feature being added to the application which will allow users to match up buyers and sellers across the entire Open Road network. The program will tell two Open Road users that they have a buyer/seller match and then generates a link with property details that can be sent in an internal message to potential buyers.

“Power Matching has been a favorite feature of Realeflow’s Open Road users since our company began, but it had some drawbacks”, said Clement. “With Power Matching Plus, you can send an e-mail to matched buyers driving them to a special automated webpage with your property on it. Then the second a buyer says they're interested, you are both notified and can work out a deal with one another.”

Clement adds that there are many other new and updated features being added to the application, which will be available to both current and new Open Road users. For a complete list of updates visit www.openroad3.com.

The updates are scheduled to take place March 17, 2010.
