Park Plaza Hotels Choose BOARD for Reporting

Park Plaza Hotels have chosen BOARD to deliver reporting and analytics to room level.

Amsterdam, Netherlands, April 16, 2010 --(PR.com)-- BOARD along with their Business Partner, CPMview Consulting, are pleased to announce their latest client, Park Plaza Hotels.

Having reviewed several reporting solutions, Park Plaza Hotels has selected CPMview and Board International for the development of a new set of reporting solutions. The bespoke user-friendly and flexible system will provide Park Plaza Hotels’ management with more detailed performance reporting tools. In addition, for the new Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London and for Park Plaza County Hall London, Park Plaza Hotels is required to provide Profit & Loss Statements on room level. Such high level of detail proved too difficult and laborious for the systems currently used by the company hence Board and CPMview were brought in to assist. The new system will enable the company to focus on key analytics and support its hotel and general management in their decision-making.

Initially the implementation, carried out by CPMview Consulting, will focus on creating a profit & loss account at room level and the top-10 reports used to manage and control the hotels. Once this first step has been completed, the project is likely to extend to areas such as forecasting on a day-by-day basis, segment profitability analysis and sales displacement.
