SpringRidge Court Awarded Third, Three-Year Accreditation; Assisted Living Community Earns Top Marks for Excellence in Service

Wilsonville, OR, April 01, 2010 --(PR.com)-- As further proof of SpringRidge Court’s elevated standards and commitment to outstanding amenities and service delivery, the Wilsonville retirement community has been awarded a Three-Year Accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). This is the third consecutive Three-Year Accreditation the community has earned.

Owned and operated by Senior Resource Group (SRG), SpringRidge Court is the licensed Assisted Living and Memory Care component of the SpringRidge at Charbonneau campus, which also offers Independent Living. Together, SpringRidge at Charbonneau and SpringRidge Court provide a continuum of care to meet the growing needs of today’s senior population.

According to SRG’s Chief Operating Officer Kayda Johnson, this merit parallels a five-star rating in the hospitality industry and represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization.

In order for SpringRidge Court to achieve this distinction, staff had to demonstrate the organization’s substantial conformance to the 1,000 elevated standards established by CARF. Not only did SpringRidge Court receive high marks and praise from the commission team, there were no recommendations to be found for further improvement.

CARF surveyors stated the community’s programs and services maintain a strong commitment to high quality service delivery, an extensive range of activities and a varied approach to soliciting resident feedback.

“Accreditation is no small feat. To receive a three-year accreditation with zero recommendations is an outcome achieved by less than 3 percent of all communities that CARF surveys,” said Johnson. “This certification is a testament to the hard work of a stellar team committed to providing the comfort, care, and peace of mind to meet the needs of our residents.”

SRG has a longstanding and well-earned reputation for creating extraordinary communities with first-class programs, amenities and services. The hallmark of SRG’s senior living communities is its incomparable commitment to service delivery. This commitment is reflected in the company’s core Genuine Hospitality program, in which exceptional service is instinctively delivered by a dedicated group of people who truly believe residents’ well-being and quality of life is their personal responsibility.

SpringRidge at Charbonneau’s lushly landscaped campus includes resort-style amenities such as a 12-hour restaurant, continental café, fully equipped exercise/fitness center, enclosed heated swimming pool and spa, sauna, library, billiard/game room, beauty salon and barbershop and more. The campus community is comprised of 180 one- and two-bedroom independent living residences, 70 alcove, one- and two-bedroom assisted living residences and 14 memory care suites.
