Triangle Technology Executives Council (TTEC) Golf Tournament Fundraiser for Scholarships Scheduled for Oct. 11

Nonprofit Organization’s Scholarship Golf Classic Will Provide Funding for the TTEC Scholarship Program.

Raleigh, NC, April 09, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Triangle Technology Executives Council (www.ncttec.net), a nonprofit organization dedicated to continuous education and economic development of technology companies in the Research Triangle region of North Carolina, has announced it will hold a golf tournament scholarship fundraiser on Monday, Oct. 11, 2010 at Brier Creek Country Club, located at 9400 Club Hill Drive. TTEC is seeking platinum-, gold- and silver-level sponsors that will select team members from the organization’s members list as well as external to TTEC. The nonprofit organization will use the fundraiser to sponsor two annual scholarships for students in the Triangle colleges, universities and technical schools who are pursuing an IT-related career. There will be an annual award of a first place scholarship of $6,000 and a second place award of $4,000, to be paid directly to the students’ educational institutions to cover tuition, room and board, and books.

- Platinum Sponsorship for the golf tournament is $6,000 for two foursomes (3 sponsors maximum).

- Gold Sponsorship for the golf tournament is $3,000 for one foursome (4 sponsors maximum).

- Silver Sponsorship for the golf tournament is $1,000 for one foursome (26 sponsors maximum).

- The golf tournament has a 36-foursome maximum.

- Individual Players may participate in the tournament for $250 each but need to select multiples at $250 each to participate with them.
