Capital’s Indoor Flea Market is the brainchild of Liz Iddings and her son, Mark Martinez, who is vice president of Capital Moving & Storage which houses the flea market. The idea to have an indoor flea market occurred in the early spring of 2009 when Liz posted a notice to sell items abandoned by some of Capital's clients. The response was overwhelming and others asked if they could sell their items as well. Soon the Indoor Flea Market became a weekly event and continues to grow with new vendors signing on weekly.
