Adams, RN, MSN, CRNP, Joins Visiting Physicians Association® Office in Youngstown

Adams announced as newest addition to VPA office that covers northeast Ohio, including Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbian Counties as well as parts of Portage and Jefferson Counties, and extends into Pennsylvania.

Youngstown, OH, April 10, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Visiting Physicians Association® (VPA®, www.visitingphysicians.com) announced the addition of Cheri M. Adams, RN, MSN, CRNP, to its Youngstown office at 7206 Market St., Suite A.

Prior to joining VPA, Adams worked as an ENT adult nurse practitioner at an office in Warren, Ohio, seeing patients with acute and chronic conditions. She also held positions as a licensed practical nurse for Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital and a medical assistant for a private practice.

Additionally, Adams, who earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Kent State University, is a frequent presenter on the lecture circuit. In 2009, she presented “From Allergies to Neoplasm: Evaluating Nasal Congestion in Primary Care” at the American College of Nurse Practitioners National Conference in New Mexico. She also was recently invited to deliver that same presentation at the 2010 Society of Otorhrinolaryngology and Head-Neck Nurses Congress in Boston this fall.
