e5 Solutions Names Treasury & Financial Services Industry Veteran Blaise Scioli Manager of Software Products

Philadelphia, PA, April 10, 2010 --(PR.com)-- e5 Solutions Group, an SAP-certified Services Partner and the recognized leader in solution design and implementation for SAP® ERP Financials and Treasury Applications for SAP®, today announced the addition of industry veteran Blaise Scioli to its management team. Scioli will be responsible for product strategy, including the continued expansion of e5’s standard applications and software tools which complement e5 Solutions’ existing products and services for SAP Financials and Treasury clients.

"Having Blaise join our team is highly strategic to e5 Solutions on multiple levels," said Jaime Ryan, co-founder and a managing principal at e5 Solutions. "First, he brings a unique blend of software product management experience, treasury consulting and practitioner expertise that will ensure that the direction of our applications will align with what our clients and the market needs to help them advance operationally. And second, he brings the rigorous financial discipline, SAP system knowledge and treasury best practices expertise required to ensure that our software solutions for clients are practical, affordable and, most importantly, enduring.”

These challenges are very familiar territory for Scioli. Blaise’s career has been focused on identifying requirements, defining and designing treasury software solutions. As Vice President of Product Management at Speranza Systems, Blaise managed the strategic direction of software development for a web-based bank account management workflow solution. As Vice President of Operations and later Executive Vice President of XRT, Blaise helped lead the organization through five years of over 35% annual growth, including the shift from custom-developed software to modular, licensed treasury workstations.

Earlier in his career Scioli helped lead the start-up of the Corporate Treasury Solutions Group, a dedicated treasury services practice, as a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Blaise’s team delivered the first successful US implementation of SAP Treasury for PwC and went on to support more than twenty major SAP projects. In addition to his SAP treasury consulting expertise, Blaise has also been a practitioner whose responsibilities as Vice President included management of the US treasury operations for a $20 billion property and casualty insurer, and served as Treasurer for roughly twenty-five of its non-insurance legal entities.

Blaise joins e5 directly from IAM Treasury Services where his role as a Managing Member was providing both sales and consulting support for client SAP Treasury implementations.

"This is a dynamic team with an outstanding business model and a deep understanding of SAP, their clients and the industry,” said Scioli. “I’m especially excited about the depth and breadth of expertise that e5 has attracted. I look forward to working with some of the world’s best to develop solutions that extend our clients’ significant investments in SAP® ERP Financials and Treasury.”
