Norwalk Exchange Club Presents "Competition Grilling 101"

Norwalk, CT, April 21, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Norwalk Exchange Club will present "Competition Grilling 101" a barbecue cooking class on Sunday June 13th, from 10:00am until 3:00pm at the Gallaher Estate (Cranbury Park) Pavilion in Norwalk, Connecticut.

Instructed by last years Bar•B•Q Pit Grilling Champion Mike Lee and geared toward beginner to intermediate barbecue cooks and competitors, this class will focus on competition grilling, rules, timing and technique.

Bar•B•Q Pit competition barbecue will be cooked and discussed, as will the pros and cons of different types of grills and smokers on the market today, to help participants decide which is best for them.

The class will include all supplies.

The class is held outside so dress accordingly.

The cost of the class, which includes lunch, will be $100.00.
