The office, located at 8710 Manchester Rd., is VPA’s 31st office overall and will cover the greater St. Louis area, including Jefferson, St. Charles and St. Louis Counties. VPA also has offices in Michigan, Ohio, Texas, Indiana, Florida, Kentucky, Wisconsin and Virginia.
