Gunderson is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in real estate law and serves as chair of Henderson Franklin’s Real Estate division. His primary practice areas include commercial real estate transactions, commercial and residential real estate development, banking law and property owners’ association law. Gunderson serves on the Harborside Event Center Advisory Board in Fort Myers. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his law degree from the University of Florida.
Schropp is chair of Henderson Franklin’s Land Use, Zoning, and Environmental Law division and primarily represents property owners and others before local, regional, state and federal agencies. He is a member of the Real Estate Investment Society of Lee County and is an advisor for the YMCA’s Youth-in-Government Chapter at Fort Myers High School. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Southwest Florida Baseball, Inc. Schropp received his undergraduate degree from Stetson University, and his law degree and Masters in Urban & Regional Planning from Florida State University.
