ActionCOACH’s Giving Campaign Generates Massive Results

ActionCOACH’s Coaching for a Cause campaign helps the not-for-profit and charitable sectors raise $$3,409,645 in funds and donations over a six-month period, surpassing their goal of $2.5 million.

Las Vegas, NV, April 24, 2010 --( During one of the most challenging economic periods for non-profits, ActionCOACH, the world’s leading business and executive coaching firm, sought a way to deepen engagement with this sector with the aim to help them raise at least $2.5 million in donations and funds over a six-month period.

The campaign was a huge success and exceeded its initial fundraising goal by 36% -raising a total of $3,409,645.

As part of a six-month giving campaign initiated by ActionCOACH’s founder and Chairman Brad Sugars, Business Coaches from around the globe, donated time to over 100 charities and not-for-profits to deliver results – both monetary and non-monetary.

The fund-raising and donation results were measured from October 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010 on the website through a transparent system using an online thermometer to display the results of this massive program.

Sugars decided to extend a helping hand to the not-for-profit world at their time of need. That is how Coaching for a Cause was born.

“Giving has been at an all-time low, and these organizations clearly needed more than just donations,” Sugars said. “They needed a partner or coach to help them create change and introduce effective systems so they could run their organizations more efficiently and raise more funds at the same time.”

As a result of the resounding success of the campaign, Sugars has decided to run it on an annual basis from October through March.

“The campaign has generated great results for our pro bono clients and our coaches are excited to continue giving their time to a non-profit,” Sugars said. “People like to be part of a successful campaign or a campaign where there has been a high level of excitement, enthusiasm and support for it up front.”

Coaching for a Cause is particularly attractive for ActionCOACH as an organization owing to its alignment to the company’s mission statement –‘World abundance through business re-education.’

Coaching for a Cause is an innovative, new program from ActionCOACH, the world’s number one business and executive coaching firm that makes pro-bono coaching available to charities and non-profits worldwide. To learn more, go to, or subscribe to RSS news feeds at
