Synagogue to Raffle $599 iPad

Milwaukee, WI, May 07, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Congregation Beth Israel announced today that it will raffle off a 32GB Apple iPad with Wi-Fi on June 14, 2010 as part of its current fundraising effort.

The synagogue hopes the raffle will attract widespread attention since the goal is to raise needed funds for family programs and education. For that reason, the raffle is open to anyone and tickets are reasonably priced with quantity discounts available. A single ticket is $10 and a block of 100 tickets can be purchased for $500, only $5 per ticket.

"There's a lot of buzz about the iPad nationwide and in our own community," said Anita Nagurka, executive director of the congregation. "We saw the overwhelming reception it has received, and so many people want to get their hands on one that we will truly make one person's dreams come true."

The drawing will be held on June 14, 2010 at 7:30 pm at Congregation Beth Israel.

Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased through the synagogue's office. The synagogue can be contacted at office@cbimilwaukee.org or 414-352-7310.

The winner of the raffle does not need to be present for the drawing.
