Wockhardt Foundation and Sattad Welfare Association Join Hands for a Noble Cause

Mumbai, India, May 09, 2010 --(PR.com)-- A mega medical camp was organized by Wockhardt Foundation in collaboration with Sattad Welfare organization at Badarbaug, Masjid Bunder on 2nd May 2010. A dedicated team which included Dr. Shailesh Nangare along with Dr. Sumit Patwari did a thorough medical examination of the poor, weak and needy & free eye screening was also provided to all the patients, by optometrist Habib Middhya.

Patients were also provided with medication for various ailments, absolutely free of cost. Doctors checked more than 1000 patients and apart from providing medications, we also distributed nutritional supplements like Nutripot, Farex & Grow Up among senior citizens, infants & children respectively. Spectacles were provided to poor patients at a extremely nominal rate.

Chief Warrior Mr. Saifuddin Barodawala of Wockhardt Foundation ensured the camp went smoothly & provision for medical supplies was made for the camp. The camp concluded successfully at 6.30pm the same evening.
