This is NFCA’s return invitation to present on the industry’s biggest stage, following the success of its 2009 NRA Show panel presentation, Gluten-Free on the Menu: Expanding Your Customer Base.

U.S. News & World Report estimates that 15 to 25% of consumers look for gluten-free options, as the number of Americans with celiac disease and gluten intolerance is on the rise.
