Grand Miramar Club and Spa Puerto Vallarta Holds Screening of Bullets, Bombs, and Fraud; Followed by Complaints of a Dutiful Daughter

Puerto Vallarta's Grand Miramar announces the movies being screening under the poolside palapa May 12, donating proceeds from food and drink sales to local charity.

Jalisco, Mexico, May 09, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Grand Miramar of Puerto Vallarta is screening Bombs, Bullets, and Fraud, followed by Complaints of a Dutiful Daughter this upcoming Wednesday, May 12 with proceeds donated to charity, the all-inclusive resort announced this week.

This announcement came following the successful debut movie night at Grand Miramar with Scam and The Italian Job (1969) for members and their families. Over 50 people were in attendance for the first event, and organizers expect a larger turn-out for their upcoming event. Grand Miramar followed the initial announcement of the event with an update stating proceeds from the event will be donated to charity.

Bombs, Bullets, and Fraud is a satirical look at working for the Post Office, showing how easy it is to go 'postal'. Suggested by one of Grand Miramar's members, present at the screening of Scam and The Italian Job, the Bombs, Bullets, and Fraud draws a parallel line to other career-insider perspective satirical movies such as The Devil Wears Prada, and Waiting.

Complaints of a Dutiful Daughter deals with an overbearing mother who rules her daughter's life with near sadistic, over-bearing mother. Faye Dunaway as Joan Crawford in Mommie Dearest is rumored to be the inspiration for Complaints of a Dutiful Daughter. Also suggested by a member of Grand Miramar, Complaints of a Dutiful Daughter is a touching and heart-wrenching tale of a family valuing power and control higher than love and respect.

Bombs, Bullets, and Fraud is set to start shortly after sunset at 8:00 p.m. on the poolside level of Grand Miramar, under the giant palapa. There will be a 10 minute intermission between movies, and then Complaints of a Dutiful Daughter will begin.

Table-service with light menu will be available with all proceeds from the event donated to a Puerto Vallarta charity. Complimentary popcorn will be available throughout the evening.
