Norwood, MA, May 12, 2010 --(PR.com)-- IMC Clubs, a volunteer mentor program which provides resources to newly licensed airplane pilots to promote safe flying, has retained international law firm Nixon Peabody LLP. The firm will serve as general corporate counsel as IMC Clubs look to expand to new markets and regions. Nixon Peabody will provide legal advice ranging from day-to-day business counsel to labor and employment and trademark matters.

“Nixon Peabody’s depth of aviation industry knowledge is a real asset to our organization,” said Ken Dustin, Vice President of IMC Clubs. "As we grow our organization and expand into new markets, we are delighted to work with a law firm who shares our realistic, yet optimistic view of the future.”

“We are honored and excited to partner with this terrific not-for-profit organization,” added Gary Oberstein, Partner in Nixon Peabody’s Boston office. “The IMC Club provides a means for pilots to receive ongoing coaching, training, and mentoring, which enables them to hone their skills and fly more safely in the system. The organization is fortunate to have two very talented and dedicated founders in Radek Wyrzykowski and Ken Dustin.”
