Lucernex Technologies Hires Director of Client Services

Dallas, TX, May 15, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Lucernex Technologies, a developer of business intelligence software for real estate management and development, announced today that it has hired James Short as director of client services. In this position, Short will oversee support of the company’s growing worldwide client base of corporate and retail real estate executives who utilize the Lucernex suite of Location Performance Management solutions.

Short has over 20 years of corporate real estate experience. He has previously worked as director of client services for National Facilities Group, Inc. and training manager for Accruent, Inc. where he specialized in implementations of the SLIM lease administration product and its applications.

In his new role, Short will lead implementations and support of Lx IWMS, Lucernex’s affordable integrated workplace management system and Lx Contracts, Lucernex’s new Web-based lease administration and rent accounting tool designed by the original creator of SLIM.
