Amsterdam, Netherlands, May 20, 2010 --(PR.com
)-- With the summer coming up, most people aim to look their best on the beach. Since the end of 2009, VirtuaGym.com has been available to the Dutch to help them to get fit. From now on, the online fitness and lifestyle platform is also available in English, allowing people from all over the world to take action with virtual personal trainer Brad Fit.
Even though people want to live a healthy lifestyle and exercise regularly, they tend to lack the motivation to stick to their new plan and get caught up with other things in life: television and junk food. The VirtuaGym platform tackles the motivating problem by using new technology, while considering three proven concepts: personal training, social aspect and an element of competition.
Users can start with the Fitness Test and consequently have their tailor-made Fitness Plan generated, which is adapted to the specific goals and needs of the user. The exercise plans can be printed or viewed on a smart phone with the iPhone and Android applications. Members then can track all their activities and progress in their personal Fit-Profile and earn medals for achieving their goals.
The VirtuaGym team is working on some exciting new products in cooperation with third parties. More information on the release will follow soon.
VirtuaGym membership is free. People can visit www.virtuagym.com to watch the demo movie or register right away for a personal Fit-Profile.
