Two-Time Inc. 500 Executive Buys Mold Testing and Remediation Business

Richmond, VA, May 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- After nearly two decades of running several of the fastest growing businesses in America, as rated by Inc. Magazine, Shayne Cardwell, President and CEO of The Cardwell Group, LLC recently announced his firm acquired the licensing rights for Mold Aid. For nearly a decade, Mold Aid has been the leading indoor air quality in the Mid-Atlantic States as well one of the largest privately held mold testing and remediation firms in America.

Under the terms of the licensing deal, The Cardwell Group will own and manage Mold Aid or Richmond, Mold Aid of Virginia Beach, and Mold Aid of Tidewater. The division is based out of the existing Richmond, Virginia office.
