Columbus, OH, May 25, 2010 --(PR.com
)-- Yun Fitness Boot Camps’ body transformation expert Jason Yun will begin offering a free, monthly orientation for overweight, out-of-shape Columbus residents who are interested in joining his boot camp but may be afraid to take that first step.
The orientation is geared toward people who have 50 or more pounds to lose and need the help and motivation to get started. In this low-key, no-pressure environment, Yun will take the participants through a mini boot-camp circuit to demonstrate the exercises and show them that they can do it.
Traditionally, the boot-camp style fitness program seems intimidating for those who have a lot of weight to lose and don’t feel comfortable going to the gym, let alone a group fitness class. Yun camps, however, are different. People of all fitness levels participate in the camps, and modifications for the exercises are available for beginners. There is no intimidation or yelling. Instead, trainers offer positive encouragement and support.
“Our camps are a great choice for individuals who are tired of being overweight and are ready to work toward changing their lives and becoming fit,” says Yun. “The time-based intervals, done-for-you nutrition, accountability, support, and motivation—it all adds up to success.”
The first orientation class will meet sometime in the beginning of July. For more information visit his website and sign up for the newsletter to be updated with exactly when and where the orientation will be held.
