“Soul’s Purpose: The Core of Well-Being” on June 1 “Why Shamanism Now?” with Host Christina Pratt

On her radio show "Why Shamanism Now? A Practical Path to Authenticity,” teacher, author, and founder of the Last Mask Center for Shamanic Healing Christina Pratt talks about how finding and living our unique soul’s purpose is the core of our well-being, and helps listeners begin on the journey to uncovering this purpose.

Portland, OR, May 27, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Streaming live on the Co-Creator Radio Network (www.co-creatornetwork.com) on Tuesday, June 1, at 11 a.m. Pacific time/2 p.m. Eastern time, on her show "Why Shamanism Now?: A Practical Path to Authenticity,” shaman and founder of the Last Mask Center for Shamanic Healing Christina Pratt tells us that one of the highest values held in shamanic cultures is the fact that each individual brings to this world a unique soul’s purpose. The gift of that soul’s purpose has never been seen before and will never be seen again if you do not live it. This isn’t karma and there are no second chances -- this is the one moment to live that unique genius.

In this episode of “Why Shamanism Now?” titled “Soul’s Purpose: The Core of Well-Being”, Pratt explains that this value – of soul purpose -- was held in various ways by pre-contact shamanic peoples around the world. To live one’s purpose was believed to be at the core of one’s well-being. “I see this, or more precisely the lack of it, to be true today,” says Pratt. “When we are living far from our right work, spending 8-10 hours a day in a job that is not meaningful to us, ignoring the body’s cries for balance, and making sure that our sleep is so short or shallow that we never touch into the call of the soul then it’s no wonder we are unwell.” Pratt will explore how listeners can catch the scent of their soul’s purpose and bring their lives back on track with their passion. According to Pratt, by changing this one thing— our relationship with our unique purpose—we can restore well-being in all aspects of our lives.
